We were first introduced to the Castleview Baptist Church Building Committee in early 2020. They had a great plan to build their dream church on a piece of property they had previously purchased, but they had some significant challenges with utilities, the site, and financing. After joining their Building Committee in 2021, we worked with the Architect to provide value engineering and offered solutions to prepare the site for the building. When faced with financial challenges, we found a lender that not only offered a loan below market rates but also granted a loan above their current need. Any one of these hurdles could have stopped the project cold but through our experience, perseverance, and faith we overcame them all.

We are currently halfway through the building of Phase 1 and expect to be completed in early 2023. Every Monday, we prepare and serve lunch onsite to the subcontractors, where we share the plan for the week, discuss safety and offer a prayer for our team. We typically serve between 30-40 people each Monday.
